Active Income VS Passive Income

active income vs passive income

What is the difference between active income and passive income?

Most people have a hard time understanding passive income but I believe everyone needs to really take the time to look into it. The majority of people are getting paid active income, meaning they get paid for the duty performed each day. You actively work for that wage.

Nothing wrong with that, it’s just harder. Here’s why.

Every day you start on 0. Some people get the incentive to work overtime and make extra but even that is slowing down. While getting overtime is great, it takes a lot of time away from you and that’s time you won’t get back. Salary is where they get you! You have a fixed income, not matter how hard or how long you work. Every day, every week, every month, the money is the same. If you don’t go to work, you don’t get paid.

Passive income is going to pay you longer. By putting in the work now, you can begin to get paid for your efforts later, continuously, even when you DON’T go to work.
